Andi? I've been searching all over ze blog for those two photos of Sniff on the couch. Would you pretty please with Kibbles on top give that to me again? Thank you, in advance.

katiebird said...

Hi Nancy, I don't suppose there's any coffee here in this nice clean thread?

Oh, and Yeah, Tigers. I mean - YAY, Tigers!

AndiF said...

Here ya go.

Sniff on the couch 1

Sniff on the couch 2

And here's a bonus -- in honor of the Tigers -- a bonus couch shot.

Nancy P said...

That is very gracious of you, kb. :) Go Jayhawks!

Awww, Andi. The best yet.

katiebird said...

Andi, I ESPECIALLY like his little head resting on the arm of the couch. That's so cute!

katiebird said...

(modestly) The Queen of Grace, that's me.

AndiF said...

kb, Sniff definitely know how to work the cute.

Hello Nancy, KB, and Andi!

Happy New Day to ya'll. OK I made the new day thing up, but it sounds good.

Sniff is the cutest Andi, well maybe except for George. :)

Hope everyone is having a good night tonight.

Nancy P said...

New Day. I like it, Fam Man. And may we all have 351 more, all in a row.

Larry Kollar said...

In that "bonus" pic, Sniff looks like, "Is it time to eat yet? Is it time to eat yet?"

We had some friends in Columbus for a while — they move around a *lot* (following his work, which involves revitalizing manufacturing plants). They've been gone since before I started blogging, though. It's a beautiful town, or at least it was last time we visited.

Yay for the Tigers! I've been doing Other Things today, rather than watching foo'ball though. Trying to do a little writing, and got a few hundred words in anyway.

Larry Kollar said...

New Day. I like it.

I brain-farted and wished Beth a Happy No Fear, a phrase I used during the Y2K wars.

AndiF said...

Far, I've never thought of Columbus as beautiful, though I do enjoy the architecture.

FM, George's overbite is an unfair advantage.

Nancy P said...

lol about George, andi.

Far, Happy No Fear is wonderful. I'm stealing it.

boran2 said...

Glad to see that the party is still going strong. I'm Slacking in honor of FM today.

Sounds like a great road trip. I can't wait to see the movie.

boran2 said...

Andi, I'm envious of Sniff's lifestyle.

Anonymous said...

I've completely missed this party! Guess I was busy next door. Now I have to go back and see what all I missed in this clean room...

Nancy P said...

Hi, b2. Family Man is one of the most inspirational people we know.

AndiF said...

Well b2, as Baxter Black says, everyday is Saturday for a dog

boran2 said...

It's all about you, beth. ;-)

boran2 said...

Baxter Black is certainly insightful.

Lord, I hope not, boran! That's way too much responsibility for one person. I just like to hang out in the background and cheer everyone else on.

Have you connected with Manee? Did anyone see him on TV last night?

katiebird said...

How would we know, Beth? I've seen Manny in a Group Photo now and then, but I doubt I could spot him in a crowd. It sure would have been fun.

boran2 said...

No Manee sightings yet but the week is still young.

Anonymous said...

Very true, kb. I ran into what I thought was Far's house and hugged the first person I saw. Luckily, it was his house, and it was him!

I could walk past most of my blog family on the street and not know it. A lot of shy folks out there!

katiebird said...

Hey FAR, did you notice that Bombshell stopped by E4T today AND mentioned "Splenda for breakfast"...

Coincidence? I think not.

AndiF said...

Oh kb, you would know Manny in a second -- he just radiates his sweet, luscious self.

katiebird said...

I know I would -- and that's the MAIN reason I don't think I saw him.

Nancy P said...

Isn't it funny, I feel as if I *have* met him, but of course, I haven't. Yet.

Nancy P said...

Who has met whom?

I've met kb, ghostfolk, and maryb, plus a handful of people who comment here only every few months or so.
Kb's met me.
Maryb has met me and. . .andi?
Andi, who have you met? Have you met Jen?
Far and Beth have met.
Boran has met Manee?
We need a flowchart.

Anonymous said...

A family tree!

Anonymous said...

Nancy, did you know that Kimberly will be at WRW? We're already planning coffee and long chats.

You ARE staying the whole time, aren't you? :-)

Anyone else?

boran2 said...

I've met Maryb and Manny. Two degrees of separation.

AndiF said...

I've met Manny, MaryB, Jen, CabinGirl, Second Nature, Kidspeak and Teach313. MaryB was with Jim and me when we met Kidspeak and Teach313 and she was with me when we met CG, Jen, and SN.

katiebird said...

Andi and I have talked on the phone. Does that count? I don't think Nancy and I have ever actually talked on the phone. For some reason or other.

Nancy P said...

Oh, that's right, Beth! And won't Rick Bylina be there, too? Seems like Conda was considering it?

I am definitely hoping to be there the whole time.

katiebird said...

Andi has a voice like Lauren Bacall

Nancy P said...

But separation from whom, b2? :)
With andi's record of Meet 'n' Greet, maybe she should be our Kevin Bacon. Andi Bacon, lol. You have to meet somebody who's met her to lower your degree. Like, I've met Maryb, who has met Andi, so I'm within two degrees?

Family Tree, Beth, I love it.

boran2 said...

Oh, I've also met CG and BooMan.

AndiF said...

kb, I may have a voice several registers deeper than bacall but as for using a picture for comparison -- it would take a major mining excavation to get me bacall cheekbones. ;)

Nancy, I was raised in a kosher house -- the closest we can do is Andi Pastrami.

Anonymous said...

LOL, andi, that's too funny!!!

The last I heard, Nancy, Rick said it depended on his work situation. So far I've only met his caramels, not him in person.

I need to check with my other WRW buddies and see who's planning on joining us.

Nancy P said...

Andi, that's hilarious!

Okay, I am sooo not touching this line, lol:

I've only met his caramels,

AndiF said...

Always leave them laughing.

Night all.

Family Man said...

Family Man is one of the most inspirational people we know.

OK now I laughed so hard that my computer screen is..... Well I won't tell ya.

Ya know you are some of the greatest people I've ever known. Actually I just talked to the FSM and I was told that.............

I hope that all of ya'll are having a great day!

katiebird said...

(waving) Hi FamilyMan.

Looking aroundAndi? What happened? Is she gone for the night?

Anonymous said...

Yep, she went to bed. The Sugar Bowl just started, so I'll be up for a while. I'm working, too - have added a total of 2228 words to my novel today. That includes deleting a bunch, too!

Productive day...except that the only exercise I got was typing, and walking to the kitchen and bathroom. :-) Hope you did better, kb!

katiebird said...

I did -- we walked over 2 miles in 19 degree weather. Through snow. Which I think Counts double.

Do you guys know about this Digital TV coupon thing?

Anonymous said...

I read something about it yesterday. But the date of the transfer was February 2009, wasn't it? (I couldn't get to your link.)

katiebird said...

Try this, Beth. I know the cut off isn't for a year, but they've already given out 1/4 million coupons & today is the first day. And they have a limit of ?? set by congress.

So if you have a non-digital TV, you might want to apply for the coupon.

Family Man said...

Hey KB, I couldn't get the link either. I know by that time you have to have digital. I'm just wondering how it will be without TV?

Anonymous said...

Hopefully by then I can afford a flat screen HD TV! I'll have to add that to my New Year's resolutions.

But it's a good idea to grab one, if you have an older tv, it sounds like.

Nancy P said...

Night, Andi! (Who's not here to hear that.)

FM: :)

Wow, Beth, great work today!

Anonymous said...

Thanks, Nancy! Plowing through the rewrite, adding all of the stuff I didn't put in the first time 'round. This is the easy stuff - the hard stuff is still to come. But not tonight!

katiebird said...

Ah, FamilyMan -- I'm NOT going to find out...

Anonymous said...

Congrats on the walk, btw, kb - I think that definitely counts as double!

Your comment on Rick's caramels went to my bulk mailbox, Nancy - just found it. Go figure. Must have deduced your malicious intent! :-)

Family Man said...

I'm here at the moment. At least I think I am.

My youngest brother has the greatest HDTV down in his basement. Fmom kept saying this is really good reception and I kept trying to tell her it was digital, but she only see antennas as the only way to receive TV.

My dream every since I was a kid was to have a TV screen as large as the wall in front of me.

One day.

boran2 said...

Popping back in. Thanks for the coupon reminder, kb. The walk definitely earns double.

'night all.

YAY Tigers! It was nice to see them beat Arkansas especially - I know a bunch of people who went to Arkansas.

Nancy, I've met everybody AndiF has met except Manny. I've met Andi in person on four (4!) different trips but I've only met Jim on one. And I've met CG on two separate trips.

I've also met Boran2 and, like him, met BooMan (actually two times for BooMan).

And of course I've met Nancy - my first :)

I've also met a bunch of people who don't post here so probably don't count if this is a contest - but I know you know who some of them are so here they are:

I met CaliScribe this summer - remember her? And also wolverinewriter who occasionally posts at BT for those who remember him. (I bet he's happy Michigan won today.) And SallyCat.

And last fall Andi and I met poemless who mostly posts at ET but occasionally drops a comment at other places. (I've actually met her twice.)

And boran2 and I met Kid Oakland - he occasionally posted at BT. And I don't know if boran2 met Brementown Musician but I did. Don't know if you remember her.

Nancy P said...

lol, Beth! That's funny and a leetle spooky about your spam filter.

Wow, Maryb, that's cool. Those other names are ones I do recognize, but I didn't feel I really "knew" any of them. I had forgotten that you went to YearlyK, which accounts for a few of those, correct? But I will always be your first. Preen.

Nancy P said...

(For anyone who has no idea what Mb and I are talking about, some of the names you may not recognize are ones I knew--or knew of--from various political blogs.)
