I know I don't have to tell you this, but Mother Nancy wants you to remember to click on these incredibly wonderful photos to enlarge them so you can drink in the pink.

I'm leaving town again, probably tomorrow, so blog posting will be erratic for a bit. I do appreciate your patience, my pals.

It's actually a pinkset. Not that it matters but I know how authors hate for mistakes in their writing to go uncorrected. ;)

Also, if you click and make it larger, you can find try to find Bebo in the picture.

And speaking of Bebo (you'll see) in the picture, the daffodils bloomed yesterday! [LINK]

Have a good trip, Nancy, and take time to smell the flowers. :)

Morning all.

Morning, peeps. Feeling kind of blah today, but hope that will change. Looking forward to VA Festival of the Book this weekend.

Off to the mimes. Once more, into the breach... ::g::

Nancy, Thanks for letting us savor these pics from Andi.
Alternating food and nature--now ain't that the best.
You have a great time and don't worry bout us. Now that Spring is well springing into action plenty to enjoy and share.

Andi--You got some mighty healthy daffs up your way.
I'm studying these pink lake pictures in detail. You do have the eye for fine nuances.
Pat the pups for me.

Maria--What happens at this Book Festival? Are you involved or just a visitor? I bet you are a font of information and entertainment if you present.

Need to get to the editing.
Waves to all to come.

Spring Break makes the days seem like the weekend all week.

Morning, all. Heading home today - looking forward to sleeping in my own bed. Glad you're enjoying your break, Lisa!

Enjoy C'ville, Maria - I lived there in 2006, but arrived just after the Festival. And was sorry to miss it. Walk the Commons for me!

Safe travels, Nancy - I think the traveling wand needs to live with you for a while!

And walk in the woods for me, andi - I miss them.

Happy Thursday, everyone! See you tomorrow, from St. Augustine.

Good morning everyone. Love the pink, be it rising or setting, Andi. And I thought I saw a bit of white that might be Bebo.

Nice way to start the day.

I like sunsets better than sunrises, anyway. You don't have to drag yourself out of bed to see the latter.

Been taking pix at work. Yesterday, I went to hang a gadget on the wall (for the wall-mounting instructions) and found that the mounting holes were mal-spaced. This has created somewhat of a hairball, but not as much as if I'd not caught it. Today, I shot up a self-install kit.

Writing? I'm still hoping to finish FAR Future before the month's out, but it's starting to look a bit tight. sigh Not like I'm having any problems keeping up at the moment, but I'd like to put it behind me. ;-)

I may be a bit scarce here in the next few days, but I'll be thinking about y'all. Later!

Lisa - the VA Festival is a wonderful event - started today and goes on through Sunday, but I usually just go down on Saturday. I'm not on a panel, but hope to be next year.

It celebrates all types of books - fiction, non fiction, literary, children's, etc. (vabook.org)

Beth - I LOVE Charlottesville - if I could find a job there, I'd happily move there. My MO for the festival - leave at the crack o'dawn and arrive in time to have coffee/brekkie at a lovely little cafe at the Commons. Go to a panel or two, wander around the Commons shopping, browsing. Have lunch at a fabulous restaurant (Hannigans?) and then a panel or two. Leave by 4ish and then home by about 7. Long day, but well worth it.

Great pix again today. Thanks to resident photog! Wow, you're at least a week ahead of us heading to Spring, Andif.

Happy travels, Nancy. Hope you remember your camera this time. ;-)

Hope you have fun at your book festival, Maria.

Waves to all. Have a nice evening.
