That's a nice moon shot. It reminds me that I should have taken a photo of our full moon when it wasn't blocked by the clouds.

Happy holidays to all and a good evening.

We're off to the family seder tomorrow.

Love the moon. Suits my current mood.

Still awake--not insomnia, but copyedits. I hadn't actually realized the time. This is good, right?

I've got one scene to write (requested by Mme Editrix) and then I AM DONE.

::waves at those of you who arrive later...uhm, earlier...in the daytime::

It was a killer moon Thursday night. Made me wish I could write a poem to do it justice.

Nice pic, Nancy.

The moon's still up here on the west side of the house, just behind the tops of trees. On to the east, the first glow of the sun is showing. Makes me wish I had a huge camera to get them both.

Morning and happy weekend all.

And a good Passover to you, boran. We're having our seder on Sunday. But I'm leaning right now. :)

Morning, all! I used to cross-country ski, or mountain bike, or canoe in the woods (and lakes) around our house on full moon nights. One of the good memories of my first marriage. It was surreal and peaceful and magical, playing by its light.

Enjoy your seder, boran and andi!

YAY for almost being done, Maria! Hopefully you have a non-work weekend ahead of you.

Cloudy day in NE Florida. I'm off to the farmers' market this morning, then probably back to work. Hope everyone has a fun Saturday!! Enjoy waking up in your own bed, Nancy The Road Warrior!

The Moon is my favorite celestial object. Makes me feel connected to others here and already gone. Gives me a sense of timelessness. Coming way before me and continuing after I'm gone.

Nancy, Glad you are experimenting with all types of pictures. Fun to do and fun for us to enjoy.

Boran--Enjoy Sedar and family.

Maria--YOU GO GIRL.

Pattinase--We luvz poetry here. Feel free to give it a try and share!!!

Andi--Need that double panaramic shot sometimes. I like those times when the moon is up near either sunset or sunrise.

Beth--I envy all those memories of moonlit activities. I was never that adventurous and tended to stay in my hovel way too much.
Enjoy Farmers Market. Love the smell of the fresh fruits and veggies.

Sensational Saturday to All.

DONE! ::cues curtains::

Finished scene (writing a sex scene while listening to Sarah McLachlan's Fumbling Towards Ecstasy = amusing); spellchecked; once over and SENT at 3:37 a.m. to Mme Editrix.

Now...I HAVE THE WEEKEND OFF!!!!

::cackles madly::

I am going to be extremely lazy.

Morning, all!

Morning, b2, Maria(yes! fist pump!), pattinase, andi, Beth, Lisa!

That photo is interesting to me because in real life the moon was peeking between two big tree branches, and in the photo you can't see the tree at all.

Argh! We've been mooned!

We survived the storms fairly well. The power was out from 6 pm last night to 11 am this morning. I had to go way out of my way to get home with all the downed trees... then I got shanghaied to fix a generator.

Yay, Maria!

Aaah, Saturday. Enjoy you well deserved weekend off, Maria.

Glad you're OK, Farf.

Holiday greetings to all who are celebrating and a wave to those who are not.

I understand that the space station is now the second-brightest object in the night sky. I should look for it some night.
